 The living room features sliding doors that allow
sit-
down whitewater views of Strands Beach and
beyond. Winter months bring whale watching and
views of the snow-capped Big Bear Mountain in the
distance. Furnishings include a sectional sofa,
island-style wicker chairs, and a 30” Flat Screen
HDTV with a DVD/CD player and receiver.
The master bedroom includes tropical beddings and
a California king size bed. This room faces the
southeast and features two large windows
overlooking the undeveloped headlands and also
allows an ocean view. The guest bedroom features
twin beds, a ceiling fan and full closet.
Amenities include a full kitchen with a range/oven,
dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and
grinder, pots/pans, dishes, utensils and dinnerware.
The area below the unit’s balcony is protected from
the afternoon sea breezes by a glass partition, and
features a heated pool with deck chairs and tables,
chaise lounges, large market-style umbrellas and a
gas barbecue.
Public beach access to the private and secluded
Strands Beach is via a coastal trail at the property’s
edge to a County Park and a flight of stairs.
